6 times a week
Monday - 1.5 hours Thai boxing
Tuesday - 2.5 hours, full upper body weights workout +cardio
Wednesday - 1.5 hours Thai boxing.
Thursday - 2 hours, full lower body weights workout + cardio
Friday - 1 hours, Dumbbell workout - chest and triceps
Saturday - Rest day
Sunday - 1 hour dumbbell workout focusing on shoulder, biceps and back and a 1 hour swim.
I also do a stretching program and 40 press ups every day at home which takes about half an hour.

i go for a run on the beach once a week but i do weights and squats and sit ups at home whenever i can be bothered. Im happy with my weight but i would just like to tone a little bit more in places.

Daily when I clean house I make a little game out of it. I a, sure my neighbors think I am a little nuts dancing around with my broom or singing into my feather duster and giving my walls a lap dance but it sure does make house cleaning fun. Yes I am happy being a size 12. I think it is average and my husband finds it quite sexy and he is the one I want to keep drooling over me!

I try to excercise at least 3 times a week. I am a normal weight so im not trying to loose any I just want to get fit!

I play basketball for three teams, teniss, touch footy, hockey, waterpolo and volleyball and I do athletics... I'm always heaps tired though 'coz of all the early training =[ yea I'm happy with being 48 KG =]

i exercise with my dog every day... whether we go for a walk, play chacy (tag) or fetch or anything... also I do gymnastics once a week and half the lesson is a REALLY hard work out... I can do a backflip on grass... can you? lol. Yeah, I'm happy with my shape... I gots' a six pack! :D yay for me! (praise gymnastics). praise it.

Yes I am happy with my weight.
I weigh 55kg.
the only exercise I get is in the bedroom.hehehe

5 days a week and i am very happy with my getting there 6 pack in shape stomach....I had a kid so that makes me very happy.
