I think spiders are trans-dimensional and giraffes aren't. Thats why spiders can appear anywhere from out of nowhere. I think they're capable of invisibility as well. It's a lot easier to spot a giraffe under your bed.

Everything is different,they are not in the same league in any way. Except that they are living creatures. They are not both animals,as spiders are not animals and giraffes are. One has four legs and the other has eight. One is extra tall, while the other is extremely short and round. One is horizonal and the other is vertical. And that is only some of the differences between them. One is tiny, yet feared by millions of people worldwide,while the other is looked at in amazement at how tall it is.
