Fundamentally,according to me,humans are made up of emotions.So when we have a sad happening,our heart breaks...Humans have controlled most of the things on earth but are unable to control this wonderful and everlasting thing,that's "emotion"..so emotions are just mere feelings that we can't(or we don't)want to express in words...so according to me,emotions are countless..so the tears are uncontrollable as we also don't know where & when they would burst out...but i can assure that for each and every humanbeing there is another human being that takes the care of each drop of tears for him/her....
