It depends on where you are at. If you were in DC or a bigger town in DC I would honestly probably pass you by. If you were here in small town America where I have moved to I would stop and ask if you were OK and if I could help in any way. You need a hug }}}}}}{{{{{{{!!!!

Well that really depends on how fast you were running. If you was like jogging past & I happened to see you crying, I wouldn't hesitate to ask if everything was ok or if there was anything I could do to help. However if you were like sprinting down the road, then I don't think I'd have the time to spin around to ask any question. In saying this, I know for sure that I'd be thinking that I hope everything works out fine & nothing terrible has happened.

Come running up to you, strap a party hat on your head, put beads around your neck, gather a few other people from the street and start doing to the macarina around you while singing it at the top of our lungs.
...or simply ask if you are okay and wanted to go somewhere and get a drink and talk, or just rest for a while.
^^Moss...chick up there, I always get involved. I know what it's like to have no one, and when someone randomly comes up to you...it's touching. Weird..sometimes creepy..but all the same, touching.

I doubt anyone here would actually come up to you, unless this happened in a small town. Even in the suburbs, people don't usually get involved with others (unless it's someone they know).

i wouldnt know if you were crazy or sane but to stay on the safe side, i'd stay away... but i'd follow you and make sure you were okay because it must have been something horrible in order for you to cry like that in public.

if that will or would happen i'll just gonna ignore you. Because i may not know if you want someone to mind you or not. And you might ignore his or her concern to you too.
I also think that you might want to be alone or you wanted that problem to be kept only to you.., that's it....!!!!
