If you plan to sell the coins later, do not clean them. Collectors do not like cleaned coins and will reduce the price they pay for a cleaned coin

Do not clean the coins or you will reduce it's value. The best way to get them cleaned is to go to an antique shop and have them cleaned there. Leave it to the professionals.

Hello Marshal, put some brown sauce on a saucer and lay your coin in it, smother the whole coin, after approximately an hour rub both sides of the coin with your thumb, continue until you have the desired result, good luck Marshall.

If they are silver coins, you can believe it or not, put them in a cup filled with tomato ketchup over night. The natural acid in the ketchup should take care of the tarnish and the stains.Try it, it´s cheap, non harmful to handle and also environmentally friendly...

Good luck,
