It is entirely possible. My step-daughter was diagnosed at 15. She is now 23 and to date has had not undergone any actual treatment.

Her doctors had suggested laproscopic surgery when she was 18, and she declined due to a fear of the surgery and potential fertility complications.

My advice to you, if this turns out to indeed be your diagnosis, is to follow the advice of your doctor, and to discuss with him/her whatever concerns you may have about future plans (having children). Refusing treatment has left my step -daughter incapable of carrying a successful pregnancy to term (she has miscarried twice), and her doctors believe that the surgery could have prevented this.

Best of luck!

Yes, it is possible to have endometriosis at age 16. I started having symptoms of endometriosis from the time I was 15/16 years old and did not get diagnosed til I was 25.

I've met a number of women who were diagnosed when they were teens or started having symptoms of endometriosis at 15/16 (and also some at age 13 and 14).

The reason the information that you read said that it's more common in women ages 30-45 is because for a long time that was the only age group found in because these women were trying to get pregnant and had a hard time doing so.

But information also shows that it's common in 20 something year olds too. It's still taking a while for a lot of doctors to realize that teenage girls can get endometriosis.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

It is an outdated myth still propagated by the misinformed that adolescents cannot get Endo. It's simply not true. Endo can present with symptoms at any age, most commonly after menses begins, but has been found even in infants in rare cases. Yes, you absolutely could have Endo.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/o0yg4

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

You really need to read "Endometriosis Bible & Violet Protocol" by Zoe Brown (also available in electronic format here: http://www.endometriosisbible.info ). It's about how to eradicate endometriosis disease forever. It worked for me, you will see results in only a matter of weeks. Good Luck!

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a

Yes, it is. I have had it since I was 14. I also have PCOS I underwent surgery when I was 15 to burn it out (for the pain management, not for the fertility, because I don't care about having kids.)
