Maybe you are not getting enough fibre and your bowel movements are too large and they are hurting you.

You need to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, good carbs (such as 100% whole wheat bread, oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain cereals, etc), low fat dairy, lots of water(a gallon of water a day) and a few cups of green tea a day.

Taking a 30 minute walk everyday can also help with making your bowel movements easier.

Cheers

You could also be dealing with constipation. One of the things that can cause constipation is not drinking enough water during the day. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

You must be constipated. Buy a stool softener from your local drug store or do what I do........Eat a big bowl of Fiber One Cereal every morning (the original version)..............that'll keep you regular and easy for sure!
