Move forward; don't look back at what is broken. Count your blessings-there is ALWAYS someone fairing worse than us. Be grateful for what you have and CAN DO, not fretting over what you can't.

To be happy, if you're like me, satisfy your conscience. Just make sure you do your duty, and you'll be happy (exercise, work diligently, eat well, stay ahead of your bills - I'm happy when that stuff is under control).
To avoid being depressed, if you're like me, avoid all weakness. Stay disciplined, hang in there, go with the wise choice every time - you'll avoid depression.
Oh, and by the way:
If someone comes the raw prawn with you, slam your fist down right there and yell at them. No prisoners, mate.

Hhhmmm..
i accept who i am..
that im pretty when i feel pretty..
i sometimes have a flabby stomach when i ate too much..
i get pimples when i had an all night week party..
i get tonsillitis when i had too much sweets and forgets to drink water..
that my parents scolded me for being damn lazy..
i'm sometimes a blabber mouth and people get hurt..
i'm insensitive sometimes..
people misunderstood me..
well... hehehehe..there's a lot more horrible stuff bout me that makes me feel unhappy..
it's normal to feel bad so that you'll know that what you're doing is over the border already..
what i do?! hhhhmmmm..
acceptance..it's a very effective way of loving yourself..
you don't have to pretend your someone else..
you find people who accepts you for who you are..
sometimes..it also gets on my nerves..
so i do deep breathing..inhale exhale..
if you can shout much better..
if it's too much too handle you can cry a bit..
then...
i smile..
because STRESSED are only DESSERTS..
it's how you look up things in your life..
your in control..it's your life..
you choose what you want it to be..

well the truth is go get a bag of pot . smoke a joint and vaccum the house. or turn on the music. or just frolic around the house with joy. i do this from time to time . i get the pot and just smoke a couple hits and clean the house. granted the house generally doesn't end up clean but at least i feel like i did somthing for myself. not an every day thing when you are gloomy or whatever

depression is not something to take lightly. If you find yourself sad, thinking of suicide, have a loss of interest in things you use to enjoy. then yes you are depressed. i advise you to see a Dr. they can give you medication to balance your hormones.
I keep myself happy by surrounding myself by positive things. eating healthy, exercising, listing to music, hanging out with good friends. not staying stressed out over things for long periods of times.
life is complicated for everyone. nothing comes easily. shitty things happen to people daily. you just have to learn to not let it get to you and be as strong as you can be!

Today I' m depressed because I Iost my love
So, if you want to be happy like me, find someone or something to love
If you don't want to be unhappy like I am, do everything possible not to loose that love.

there's different types of happiness.
im happy about my family relationships
but im not happy with our financial status.
happiness depends on a person on how he/she interprets it.
i haven't experienced being depressed. thank God!

if you have a family with you, friends you can count on, you have food to it, a house and clothes. You are so lucky and be happy and thankful for those things with you, for millions of people who were suffered from hunger, abuse and trials. Just pray and tell HIM all whats on your mind, ask for strength and guidance, and be thankful.

Laugh at yourself. and make your self feel happy than I am. Laugh at everything which you can see so that you can obtain happiness in your heart. Do't think of what others say to you when laughing alone just laugh and laugh and laugh.
