haha you mean bulimic, which is a person that has bulimia nervosa, scientifically stated. This is a type of eating disorder where a person eats a lot of food in a short amount of time, called binging. After binging, they try something called purging, which is a way to quickly rid of the food that they have just eaten. Two ways to do this are: making yourself throw up, or taking laxatives (pills or liquids that make the food go though your body more rapidly leading to a bowel movement. People that are bulimic have a main goal to always try to prevent weight-gain. They can excercise a lot, take pills to get rid of urine faster, or eat extremely little portions of food, or nothing at all. If you have any more questions about it, just e-mail me and I will tell you all about it.

The word you have in mind is possibly 'bulimic' which means a condition or a person affected by bulimia. Bulimia is a state affecting mainly young females who have an urge to go on eating binges followed by a feeling of guilt or self-condemnation. If one is affected by bulimia nervosa, then the condition often results in the affected person to alternate between eating binges and starvation or self-induced vomiting.
