I had that problem as well. They said this new violation system was supposed to be better and fair, however I see no differance hun.
When you try to appeal you get the standard bot letter, and no real response. I have even sent back just gobbldy **** to see what happens, and yes the bot fires back the auto response!
It seem that YaPhoo actually dont care, as they dont take your appeals seriously. Sorry hun, that I cant be of more help. Personally I do not understand why anyone would want to report someone, unless of course they are being clearly nasty, and abusive!

well I was getting reported left and right the last couple of days as well for things I know did not violate the guidelines so today I went through all my fans and anyone that didn't answer at least one of my questions or didn't ask one I've answered got booted......Go through your level oner's first, some are actually good people but some if you read their q and a you find they might be your problem.......so far no violations yet. Also you can always push the appeal decision link on your violation notice......I've yet to have them actually review any of mine...no wait they did send me one back almost instantly saying it was indeed a violation and I lost another 10 points.Good luck and it's getting old I know.

Gordon Bennet so it isn`t only me. i had 3 yesterday and i thought it was a personal vendetta against me alone. I feel that the reporters are more offensive than the people whom they report. How can someone tell you that your question is not a question. if you ask with a question mark it is a question to you. Is it a case of sour grapes? I would love to speak in person to some of these folk. I can keep my dignity and be three times a lady.

you do no longer element out in case you acquire a violatione-mail word. there are dissimilar reason questions are bumped off: a million. it extremely is a violation of the regulations - you will get an digital mail at the same time as that occurs. in case you get one, placed up it right here in a question and the customers can make it easier to already be attentive to the precedence. there is not any statute of obstacles on breaking the YA regulations. 2. there have been 0 suggestions at the same time as the time expired - no digital mail sent. 3. The BA grew to grow to be into stated as a violation - no digital mail sent. 4. for the era of balloting, "No ideal answer" grew to grow to be into chosen via potential of actuality the ideal answer - no digital mail sent. seem on your digital mail, which contain the direct mail folder, for a violation digital mail. If no longer there, learn your activity tab on your profile. If no longer some thing a pair of violation there, then the Q grew to grow to be into bumped off for one in each and every of the quite a few reasons.

Maybe send them an email, I have been having the same problem lately, I got 11 points taken off me once, and a question I answered or asked was fine!!!, all of my questions and answers are usually fine!!! I only got a violation once, and it is so unfair!!!

You have to reply to the violation e-mail, wait for them to reply, and if they say no to the appeal you then post again in the violation forum.
But without knowing what the questions are we can't say if they are valid reports or not

..Someone is probably reporting them, appeal the violations and the reporter will lose credibility points. It's probably just because you ask alot of Qs. If you let too many violations build up they'll delete your account.

I've had 5 this week, so there are a few more trolls than usual. Appealing through the usual email gets a negative response often so you may have to take it higher.

You're not alone. Trust me, I get at least a violation every couple of days! So annoying. I think when you get the e-mail theres something that says "think this is an error" or so. But still, I doubt it will help. don't think I tried?
