You haven't really defined the full extent of the problem.
If you have an income but have no money to pay rent, telephone or electricity then the trick is to contact these places, explain the situation and obtain an extention.
If you are broke, homeless and living on the street, sell your computer and stay in the cheapest hotel you can find.

Simple if you`re willing to do some work> If not you will remain broke!
Get a bucket
Get some rags
Get some dish soap
Get some old towel
Get a small bottle of armor all
total cost about 5.00
Now go out the door and start hitting doors in the neighborhood and ask people if they want their car washed and charge 20.00 for a wash, Interior and extra 5.00 Use their water and vacume and next thing you know you are making money and there is no reason why you can`t make 100 to 200 per day, Not bad 35,000 to 50,000 a year!
And then you can expand your business and offer hand wax custom interior cleaning and charge 100 to 200 per car making yourself 100,000 to 200,000 a year.
