There is no evidence. There probably never was, but any that might have existed would have been destroyed in his early days; but I seriously doubt there was any.

There are unproven and unprovable rumors originating from the fact that his father was illegitimate and during the time she became pregnant his father's mother worked for a Jewish family as a maid. One assumes she was not a prisoner in the house and could certainly have had a non Jewish boyfriend, but no one knows.

Hitler's father assumed the name Hitler after he was grown, claiming a man who was conveniently deceased had been his father.

The Russians have some of Hitler's teeth and skull fragments and one assumes that the Jewish employer is buried somewhere, or has descendants, unless the Nazis killed them all, but it is unlikely that any DNA comparisons will ever be made. What does it matter, now?

For her book "Hitler's Vienna: A Dictator's Apprenticeship" author Brigitte Hamann did genealogical research on Hitler's family going back into the 1700's and discovered that he did not have any Jewish roots either partial or full.
In some books Hitler's great-grandmother was alleged to fostered a bastard child from relations with her Jewish employer in Linz. However, in Hamann's research she found that Linz had only one Jew living there at the time and he was 75 and did not employ Hitler's great grand mother as a servant. The Jews had been expelled from Linz a hundred years earlier or so by royal edict.
So according to the book it is very unlikely Adolf was part Jewish.

There is some question about whether his mother's husband was his biological father, and possibly his mother's father wasn't the man married to her own mother. His biologic grandfather may have been a Jew.
