Dental appointment - never miss them 2. someones Birthday - yes 3. an Anniversary - yes 4. a night with someone special - definitely 5. a grocery store list - not a problem, I make it up as I go along. 6. Holidays - yes 7. coordinating your wardrobe - no LOL 8. a need to go to the bathroom / restroom - yes 9. getting fuel / gasoline in your vehicle - yes 10. turning off appliances - definitely.

My phone and my wallet. Everytime I forget my phone my car breaks down. Every time I forget my wallet, I'm in a grocery line and get embarrassed.
