1.5 yr past to get marry,but since starting i m facing problem Husband is so rude he & his family so awkward behavior with me they don't tell directly about dowry but they generally told me in tonting way.I m wroking woman & gave them much amount to clear bills e1 i paid all charges for house.also give gifts and loan amount on my friend(female) name.But what he did he always kept favor of his family and they torched me too much e1 they didn't provides meals which i provided them.toting,commenting abusive language they used.Its not enough they on my marriage aniversary he avoid me and took dinner with his rest family.On that they torcher me very much dan wot i did just cut my hands,legs,neck by knife after seen this they tried to took me police station not e1 hospital.on dat that i left his house forever but divorce is still pending.I want to give him lesson,I don't want to go back.MY family is in same city.but they told me wot should I do??

ok 1st of all... no woman deserves to be treated like that. even if you stay in it to try to make it work, for yourself or your family. they are not going to change their ways. they are so low, dont put up with it anymore. cutting yourself up is not going to change what they are like. Its apparent that he is on his family's side. you cant change him. you need to get out of this. you trying to teach him a lesson is not going to work. if you completely ignore him and dont show that they hurt you, it will be a lesson to them. they are feeling powerful right now, you need to show them you are a strong person and that this is not affecting you. you can get out of this relationship and learn more about yourself. be alone. live life. explore. then when you find "mr. right" give it a second shot. seeing you happy without them will teach them a lesson. i hope everything works out for the best. hang in there, stay strong!

The best way to get back at him and his family is to go on with your life. Make it a wonderful happy life and remember that you are better than that.
If you see him or his relatives on the streets just do not acknowledge them. Pretend you do not see them and continue on your way.

Because some feels they OWE this person or family something they should roughen your life because they can use you because "You Belong to Them?" So what Happens to You Now?

You should go running and screaming in terror to get away from this horrid situation. It kinda sounds like you may be from another country, therefore, it would be harder to get out of the marriage.
