I count real slowly in my head. At times Ive gotten over a thousand but it always works eventually because its boring and repetitive. So you could try that, or sleeping pills. My fiance had a minor bout of insomnia a few months back so he took Tylenol PM to get to sleep.

Exercise daily. That usually wears you out. Also make sure you don't eat late. If that don't work buy a book and read it before bed.

Drink a beer or shot, (I sleep the best after a night of partying) if your too young or don't drink-then it's medication to help sleep.

try to play games till tired n sweat a lot.don't drink too much water n don't eat supper b4 u sleep.if not use hypnotic way 4 ur sleep.take care.

make sure you have a routine before you go to sleep every night ;and do it in the same order every night this is what i do
1.brush and floss
2.wash my face
3.read till i can't keep my eyes open
