Depending on your age you probably need to see a doctor. If you are younger than 18 I would wait until your body has finished growing. to do any kind of surgical repairs. What you can do until then is go to an adult store and buy what is known as "Falsies" these are breast made of foam rubber and use one of them to even things up for apperance. Remember if you were to of had a mastectomy you would use these for the same thing. After you are older than 18 your choice may be to have one enlarged with a implant. None of us are perfect. The good thing is your situation can be fixed.

See your doctor about it. Just to rule out the possibility of illness.
I actually dated a girl once who had a similar condition. One was like a B+ and the other was like an A. Was the closest thing to having two girls at once....

i seen that on the discovery health channel, breast asymmetry, its more than just the uneven breast that all woman have, its like when one breast is an A cup and the other is a D. it can be corrected with surgery like reduction of one breast and implantation in the other, i believe that is the only way to correct the physical difference, pills cant correct it. i would get check out by a doctor just in case.

For one boob to be bigger than the other its normal.
Some women have one boob higher up than the other or one bigger.
