Not sure but they're usually found in grocery stores.. Albertsons or Safeway here in the U.S., but in the Philippines it might be different.. just check out your local grocery section in the frozen food isles, hopefully they'll have them :)

I don't know but you can always get some Jiff and Smucker's grape jelly and make your own. Just cut the crusts off!

I'm in the states but I always see them in the frozen food section near like the hot pockets or stuff like that
