umm... menstrual cups?

what exactly are they? and how are they used? i saw it in a question and it made me curious. thanks in advance for answers... i will choose best answer.

They are reusable or disposable cups that you insert up next to your cervix to catch your menstrual flow. If they are reusable you empty them and reinsert them but if they are disposable you throw them out and use a new one just like you would a tampon.

I couldn't use them.
I gave them away.
