Ok well this is kind of embarrassing but here it goes. I am 29 years young and I have always had a pooch down in the frontal area if you know what I mean. It is quite embarrassing when I wear jeans or any pants. Any other women out there with this problem? How do i shed the weight there. Oh and I have had this since I was younger.

If it is below your waistline, which is technically at a line from the top of your hip bones around to the front, then you will not be able to exercise it away. Even if you exercise yourself into the top 2% fitness weight category, that "pooch" will still be there.

I know I'm a guy, but I've had a ton of biological/medical training in various fields, such as anatomy/phys and endocrinology. That pooch, and I take it you haven't had kids yet, is a fat pad, and doesn't overlie regularly used muscles, so you are not going to be able to "burn" it off.

My first suggestion to you, and do this tomorrow, is to at least call a plastic surgeon, and get a free consult. To remove something that you've obviously has your eyes on forever is going to make a world of difference to you.

If you go ahead with something like this, please do me a favor and be sure to wear "skinny" jeans with a thong, and turn some heads.

I have one (have always had it) and it never caused me embarrassment. Just the way my body was made. I am physically fit and the muscles are tight but I have a slightly rounded belly (uterus tips forward). I wear clothes that flatter my entire figure. You are 29, if it's that much of a problem maybe it's time to give up the low rise jeans? If you are just out of shape, rent a work out video like Abs of Steel or something like that. Know what I mean?

It is just the way the fat cells are distributed on your body. If you wear spandex or lycra underwear that is on the tight side it holds the "camel toe" to a smoother outline. Try different styles of pants and jeans. Some make it less noticeable than others.

I got my "pooch" after having my son, who is now 16. The best thing that i have learned is to walk at least 3-4 times per week and get yourself a juicer and juice apples and different fruits on a regular basis. Apples are loaded with fiber and help u to loos weight. I really do think that regualr bowel movements help deflate the stomach and helps to excrete fat from your body. It is helping me loose my stomach

You mean you have a bit of a tummy? Or does your gina hang a bit low??
With the tummy, you may need to cut out some foods that may be bloating you and start doing sit ups!
If you have a big gina - I can't help you with that.

A 'pooch' [a puppy?] It would be embarrassing or do you mean a pouch? Do you mean your Mons venus the frog shape in your pubic area? Na never had that...

That is the HARDEST place to tone. The best answer would be to concentrate on toning your abs specifically. Crunches work, but they take a while. Using a medicine ball gives more resistance, and may work better

If it's really important to you, and you can afford it; tummy tuck. That's the only way to get rid of it. I know.

You get what you pay for when it comes to plastic surgeons. So, IF you decide to do it, go to the best in your city. That particular surgery is very routine. Good luck, whatever you decide! :)

Try crunches and sit ups...wear tops that cover it...wear support underwear or SPANX undergarments (well worth the money) or look into liposuction for this area.
