I rarely make 'promises' because to me they a sacred vow. If I 'promise' that means under it will be kept no matter what. So, no I don't really think I have ever broken a promise.

I havent make a promise to anyone.....oh wait I did make a promise to my good friend that I will let him know that I'm single, and broke up with my boyfriend now we are happier and dating each other!

Also I promised my new boyfriend that I will stop cut myself but it's too hard to keep that promise!

If I tell someone I will do something, it will be done. Personally, I never promise things to myself I can't deliver. By doing it any other way is living in some sort of fantasy world.
