I was renting from here for 5 years..the house is up for sale now can I stay until sold...

yes, you are a tenant, check your rights. Have you been served with an eviction notice? The new buyer has to evict you from the property if you make it difficult it could be awhile but you c ould also end up with an eviction on your credit report which will make it very hard to find something else. You are a tenant not the owner. Check with an attorney in your area or HUD has a website that might answer your questions

That depends on a lot of things. If the house was left to someone other than you, then maybe not, unless they let you. If you are the only heir, then you should be able to stay - but then who was it who put it up for sale?

If it was hers, she may have left it to you, check with a lawyer.
