I don't think you can sell them on e-bay. There are a ton of horse classifieds sites though, so you don't really need to use e-bay.
Try www.liverystable.net, it's my favorite site

I agree with the person that said that, unfortunately its hard for anyone to cover the costs of a horse unless they are pretty well off. Boarding would be at least 250$ a month, ive never seen it go for any less, and thats an extremely cheap price... and the cost of the horse will be around 2000$ depending on what you buy, and thats the cheapeast part so far of owning a horse. Every 4-6 weeks a ferrier will need to come out and you horse will need vet checkups and annual shots-- this doesnt include the times that your horse could get hurt or sick and need to be seen by the vet; which could cost thousands. There is sooo much more to owning a horse, i suggest you stick with lessons and wait until you learn more and get older

From Ebay
eBay generally does not allow the listing of live animals or pets on eBay.
In restricted cases, some stuffed birds and the pelts and skins of some animals are permitted.
Sellers who wish to list these items should review the specific rules in the “Some Examples” section below to ensure their listings comply with eBay policy.
We also encourage members to educate themselves on the laws governing the regulation of the sale of animals found in the additional information section.

Try reading the eBay Terms of Service. Particularly the part that says "eBay generally does not allow the listing of live animals or pets on eBay."

The rules of eBay say NO live animals can be for sale on their site.
You can sell fur coats, leather, antlers, etc. but live animals are forbidden and can get your account banned.
