Technically, there is only one Disneyland. let me explain.
Disney has two resorts areas (what they call the complete complex: parks, hotels, etc) in the US.
The Disneyland Resort is in California and made up of two theme parks (Disneyland AKA the Magic Kingdom, and Disney's California Adventure) three hotels (i think) and a shopping/dinning area called downtown Disney.
Walt Disney World is in Florida and is made up of four theme parks (the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios {for now, name will change next year}, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.) two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) two miniature golf courses, over a dozen hotels, a shopping/dinning area/clubs called Downtown Disney, and indoor Theme Park called Disney Quest (located at Downtown Disney). those are the only theme parks.
Disney does not have a theme park in Georgia. however, they do have two hotels outside of the parks. they have one hotel at Hilton Head Island in South Carolina and another on Vero Beach in Florida. they are primarily used for the Disney Vacation Club (their version of a time share.) but they use it also as a regular hotels. now they have announced that they will build a hotel in Hawaii.

There is only one Disney Land, and it's in Anaheim, California. It consists of 2 theme parks: the Magic Kingdom, and California Adventures.
Orlando Florida is called Disney World. It has 4 major theme parks: the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Studios (MGM), and Disney's Animal Kingdom. It also has 2 huge water parks, numerous resort hotels, a huge shopping and entertainment complex, and 5 golf courses.
Atlanta, GA does not have any Disney parks.

One Disney Land is located in California, the parks that are located in Orlando Florida are called Disney World.

There is one Disney Land in the U.S. It is in Anaheim, California. Disney WORLD is in Orlando, Florida. Six Flags in in Atlanta,Georgia.

Disneyland exsists only in California....
Walt Disney World only in Florida....
They are special places that just aren't everywhere like Six Flags or Cedar Fair Parks...
