In this weird world, the first thing I would do is to check to make sure it isn't a trick, ie, someone waiting to jump me as soon as I diverted my attention. Then I would check the person on the floor and call 9-1-1.

Check their pulse. Check their breathing. If they aren't breathing, do CPR. As soon as someone else walks in, I'd bellow at them to go call 911. As soon as the paramedics got there I'd go to the bathroom, because I hate public restrooms and never go in them unless I really have to go. The next day I'd drop by the hospital and ask after them to see if they made it okay.

Check and see if she is breathing, check for a pulse, shake her gently and call for her to wake up. If no pulse or breathing, I would yell out the door for help and start CPR. If she is breathing and has a pulse, I would check for injuries that I could see. Call for an ambulance, see if I could find some identification and reason for the condition. And stay with her until help arrived.

Hey, this happened to me. I went up and asked was she OK? Drunken answer. I said (truthfully) someone has called the police so better scramooski. She managed to get into a booth.
