I've heard some people say Ninjas could kick the crap out of anything and others say Samurais could.So you all give me your opinions.And they better be good.

samurai were the standard infantry following the code of Bushido weather it be on or off the battle field. They were expert swordsmen and jujitsu martial artists.
The ninja were the navy seals of there day. they didn't follow the code of Bushido so when they cam after you, they were more likely to slice open your throat from behind than ask you to a duel. They were masters of entering and exiting enemy enemy territory undiscovered and used plenty of tricks and strategy to increase one mans ability when out numbered.
In short, as long as the ninja keeps stealth he wins hands down. But if his presence is discovered he is on equally ground with the samurai.

Kicking the crap out of someone is neither ninja nor samurai behavior. Ninjas kill, samurai serve. Ninjas use stealth, samurai use a code of honor.

I don't know if you would classify Inuyasha as ninja but, lots of fighting, and i think 3 movies as well as lots of episodes, and in feudal japan. Great show.
