well stay where you are. you act in school plays first, or in community theatre if you are out of school, then you take professional lessons and do some reading and then you are in more plays and more classes and you learn things about how to get a job and eventually you get an agent who will help you get work. look in phonebook under
theaters and call and ask if they are having any audition for shows that need your age group
