Getting thumbs down irritates me although I don't lose points when I get them.

yes..though I KNOW i should ignore them because some people just give them for no good reason it pisses me off!!
my answers are never insulting that's why I feel frustrated

I don't check very much. But when I do notice it, it can be a little irritating. Mostly I answer math questions. I don't get them very often there, because I try to give good answers and there aren't many trolls. But in the Religion and Spiritualily section, where I also answer some questions, trolls abound and so do thumbs down. If you give a good answer there, a thumbs down from somebody is almost a given.
Looks like there are a lot of thumbs down in this section also.

I constantly ask your self approximately that too, extremely whilst this is an opinion question like what's your famous music or some thing like that. once you seem to verify what different individuals replied there is often somebody who has given a thumbs right down to each answer. are not we entitled to our very own opinion? unusual! basically human beings being immature jerks i assume.

♠ a thumb down does not bother me, moreover I expect a thumb down sometimes; what really makes me sad if asker does not choose the best answer at all or gives a low rating to a good answer; this proves a low IQ of the asker, so I never answer this asker next time. If asker deletes an answered question I consider him a scoundrel! I also never answer to private profiles, you being exception though.

Thumb downs irritate me sometimes. But, we should remember one thing; Different heads, different minds. People here do have different standards. Who knows that what we think nice simply irritates somebody else out there?

To be honest yes, I do get irritated. It irritates me less when I have thumbs up > thumbs down.
Ironic how this question recieved the greatest number of thumbs down.

Naw, I'm used to it. In fact, depending an which forum I'm in, sometimes I know I have given an honest and true answer because I get so many thumbs down!
