Its not false its true. We have the right to say anything we want even if happens to be fake. Lying when not under oath is not illegal.

Freedom of speech is abused all the time, just like lots of freedoms, but it doesn't mean it should be taken away. Even as someone who is soldly anti-Iraq war, I felt the Moveon add was in poor taste. False claims, however, can be dealt with in civil cases without endangering our most precious freedom. IMO, Petraeus is the prototypical good soldier, which obviously can be a bad thing when the president is making bad decisions. However, if you look at an important historical example of military authorities being willing to defy the commander in chief up to the point of lauching a nuclear war or a coup, you might gain an understanding of why it's not always an undesirable thing. Read Brothers: The Hidden History of the Kennedy Years, a recent book by David Talbot. It is a truly chilling and gripping read that gives a real sense, based on first hand insider accounts, of how close we were to fascism and or nuclear annhialation during the Kennedy years due to a lack of good soldiers. Unfortunately, the tables are turned this time and we may have to look to the military to check the authoritarian warmongering executive branch.

Two elderly women are sitting in jail under a similar law already being enforced in Europe and Cananda for passing out Tracts as a Hate Crime. Both Stand to face 47 years each under a Pennsylvania State Law similar to HR Bills 254, 984, 1592 and 2015 and they are in their seventies. You can find those in Yahoo Answer Search.

First, what a deceptive title for an online magazine. It's so obviously neo-con, yet the title implies that it presents both sides.
Is the article false? No, because it's commentary, it's someone's opinion. It's not true or false.
