Usually they take great pride in buying and wearing their hats, suits and dresses. I tell you those hats can range anywhere from $100 to $300. They are elegant, and rare as the lady that wears them herself along with her suit. I have to respect that they do get dressed formally and to the hilt. They still respect themselves and God.
I am not sure if you are asking if this is about their attire, or does it bother you? If it does, seek another church or service, but on the other hand, I've educated you, so hope you understand.

Whats that have to do with marriage? So what if black women or any woman wears a big hat in church... I myself don't like them, but the hats are usually pretty neat!
