My guess is YES. Most people can feel a human hair, which is only about 20/1000 of an inch in diameter when its brushed across their hand, or just about anywhere else on their body. Life is amazing and great, and should never be taken for granted.

I seriously doubt it, but I attribute it more to the elephant's relatively thick skin than the size of both animals.

im sure if someting bit me no mater d size i would feel it so y cant an elephant
