I'm not in the habit of tasting panties, so I can't comment about that. But I'd say the best preference is no panties..... but that's just me.

Absolutely! All underwear should be as sexy as possible -- but the hing is that some guys like satin, silk, nylon or grandma/school girl style cotten. It all depends on taste and what the guy likes.

boyshorts, bikini, thongs are so-so, french cut, I tend to like cotton the best, but other material is ok too
