I like to play games like Battlefield 2 and also games that just came out like bioshock and quake wars. Anyone recommend me any type of AGP graphics card?

In the 160$ Dollar price range, the best card is the Radeon X1950 PRO.

The fastest AGP card is the Radeon X1950 XT (by Gecube), but very expensive at about 260$.

Make sure any video card you decide to buy has at least GDDR3 and not GDDR2 :D

Good luck

nvidia 7800GT or radeon x1600. The radeon comes in both AGP and PCI-e so be careful if you choose the radeon. Make sure it has the right interface.

at first, you do no longer improve your Vista.... that basically makes it sound such as you don't be attentive to too plenty no offense. 2nd, you prefer to do away with Vista because of the fact its the worst residing house windows of maximum cutting-edge. residing house windows XP is greater useful and greater shield. residing house windows 7 (the hot residing house windows) is very suggested. in any case, AGP is amazingly previous and tells us your computing device is old by potential of a minimum of four years or greater. They slightly make AGP video enjoying cards anymore because PCI-e video card are plenty greater useful now. you prefer to enhance the entire computing device i could say..... and that i doubt that previous computing device may even manage 4GB of ram, heavily its that previous if it makes use of AGP nevertheless. basically get a sparkling computing device and confirm you confer with somebody who's acquainted with their stuff (the individuals at appropriate purchase don't be attentive to desktops nicely in any respect) circulate to a tech talk board and ask nicely for what cost and velocity you prefer and various human beings will help Anandtech or tom's hardware is a superb place to ask
