What would you call these majors. I'm not quite sure and what would be the best colleges for this in Texas? I have a few in mind yet I can't quite tell if they have these majors. I've learned some so far and I enjoy it alot, I can completely see myself in either career if not both.

I'm actually good at both, I've created both graphics and the coding for a website. So thank you that does make sense however. I do love art, however I do enjoy programming too.

Web masters know programs, graphic designers know art.
Some web designers have strong graphic art backgrounds or minors, and some graphic designers are really good at web design. So if you favor art, take the graphic art major and minor in web design, if you like programming, major in web programming with art classes or an art minor.
Either way, I think it's University of Texas at Austin that has a great graphic art and design program - my friend studied there and loved it.
