The Gorgon Lemitode engagement caused a temporal schism that resulted in two seperate timelines for the Gorgons. Those in one timeline were unable to teleport as a result of the engagement, while those in the other retained thier ability to teleport.
While it is not expressly indicated in episode 36 that the Gorgons encountered there are from the second timeline - thier ability to teleport infers that they are.

They should change WikipediA's name to
" Wacko Information to & for Wackos."
I do hope you are not serious.
I checked my Star trek guide
and this info is incorrect.
You might want to re-google this, again.
Or at least compare your theory with other Trekkies.
