My name is mary i finished school last yr . i done drama at school which i loved . but know im finished school . I really want to get into kids enertanment . and acting . In which i was inspired by the harry potter cast members daniel radcliffe and tom falton , i would love the chance to continue acting but im afraid to tell my parents cause there strict and somwe freinds would laugh plus im shy on stage but sence finishingschool my confidence has been built up and i wish to succeed in these areas . how can i get invovled in community plays and get into acting . I am not in it becase of the craziness and would never be mad to do wat paris , britany and them are doing i just want to causae its a passion . Sence yr 9 ive wanted to do acting i was in plays at school but am adfraid of failiing . please help i would love to start like with community plays and then get into tv shows like neighbours for examlpe over time get into films . Im in country vic and my nearest capital city is melb .

i was looking on the internet came across a website called careersone.com.au and there i found some acting and extra's job's it say's no experence nessecery and people wantd ergently there also looking for models and stuff . The job is through a company in melbourne called Black Box Management Australia i checked the website it seems right . It just seems to easy and abit funny should i apply or not . plus i live about three hours from melb and my parents are strickt so i dont know what they will say

dont worry about the language mistakes.just join an acting school near you.You have the acting skills.but the school will polish it.

Well, Mary, in your country, the way to become and actor is pretty close to what it is here. The first thing you need to do is learn the English language, as your spelling and grammar are unsuitable for an actor. Once you get working on that, you need to get acting in some community drama group, and then take a professional class or two, or even go to a professional school. But the key is acting, acting, acting, do lots and lots of it.

You're going to both have got to do Church productions, communty theater or get a You Tube creation troup in combination and notice what you produce. OR you have got to take individual alternate institution classes with the intention to fee $$$ and guarantee not anything. So you both do On the Job or Unschool
