There are many sources from which we can form these concepts, but the influences that we spend the most time around early in life have the biggest impact. If parents or the media show a kid that certain behaviors are rewarded, that becomes ingrained in our personality. Parents that ignore antisocial behavior or let the t.v. raise their kids shouldn't be surprised when they have problems with them later in life. If parents instill good values in their kids, they have nothing to worry about. This is of course just a basic morality that can change as we develop. Unfortunately, many people never acheive the stage of self-actualization where they determine their own morals through reflecting on their experiences and knowledge.

For most people, right and wrong are just a set of feelings. We've all heard these types of phrases: "I couldn't sleep at night if I ...." or "my conscience would hurt", etc.
These feelings come from behavior training that we receive from infancy. We love praise and we're praised when our behavior is acceptable and not praised when it is not acceptable. When we grow up, all this behavior training comes through as feelings.
The problem is that feelings have no moral authority over us. We don't owe anything to a feeling. We also find that we can use our human capacity for self justification to modify our feelings.
So behavior training and it's resulting feelings is not a firm foundation for morality. Most societies recognize that problem and will point to a religious source to be behind the training. Those that don't, e.g. the old USSR and the new North Korea, have to use propaganda, indoctrination, intimidation and force to try and control corruption.

well i saw pple gone too far with this
for the very first five years you got that from your close invironment
and that stickswith the person for a long time
comes grade 2 which is school and the surrounding kids or friends or playing group, and again this goes for a good time
later comes the work of the individual, and how much can he improve the work of the previous years,so either he choose that andkeep on or made a move to break it up
and that is absolutely depends on the persons and his tradition,i.e.
some pple saw the light of islam, but they rejected it the only reason they mentioned that we found our fathers praying to many gods so how can we pray to one god

right and wrong has its roots in the fundamental development stage of our evolution where a being can recognize that one action is good for one self or bad for oneself, not necesarily right or wrong. What is rewarding "tastes good" These natural dispositions for certain things in this world is an adaptation that has developed through time, to ensure that we continue to exist. It is the conditions of life existence that has created such systems that is part and parcel of a process of existence. There are good things. There are bad things. Someone inspired by god taught the rest of humanity the idea of right and wrong.

From God's Ten Commandments. Otherwise men just to what is right in their own eyes. This is moral relativism and that doesn't work.
