It would seem that while feminists are claiming that we blame them for every thing I have read and answered many questions where men and anti feminists are being blamed by the feminists. And if you would give an example of how to resolve this so the real work of equality can be gotten too.

Someone who posted an answer to my earlier question said that in order to best bring about change we need to stop the blame game. Blame really isn't getting us anywhere...it's taking away the focus on how to remedy what's going on right now. If there is inequality (male, female, minorities)- we need to recognize it, and correct the problem. Standing around pointing fingers at each other really isn't going to help us solve the issues we want solved. It's certain that neither the antis or the feminists are going to "agree" about "who started it all" and the origins of the problems we now face. What we can agree on is that there are issues that need to be dealt with, and we can agree to work on solving them together. Where there is conflict, (and there is sure to be some), we may have to work a bit harder to reach our goals. What I find somewhat reassuring is that those of us who live in the U.S. live in a democratic society- so the majority will prevail. In other words, if there are enough people who support a particular issue, or legislation, the laws can change. At the risk of sounding "radical", I would suggest that people who feel strongly about certain issues should band together and use their political power to bring change about. It's our right to do so, as we are American citizens.

Chevalier: thank you.

yeah we really need to stop playing the blame game. and women with the social status to speak up often do and point the finger at how men have screwed up the world even more. i really don't understand we are the cause of prostate cancer, that was the question i asked earlier and a few responses were this is a lame question etc. but my point was everything that is an issue to do with men, feminists twist it around to blame as much as possible on us.

Want a laugh? I was recently told that Men are responsible for Prostate Cancer. Apparently Men don't do enough to prevent it. Statistically more men die of Prostate Cancer than do Women of Breast Cancer, and yet only something like 9 cents in every 100 dollars spent on cancer research goes directly to the three gender specific (Prostate, Testicular and Penile) cancers. And this is the fault of Men because We do not go out and demand that Our tax dollar is spent on Our health. Go figure.
Now if You will please excuse Me, I have to go and not look after My health so that I can some day die in agony.

Don't forget the 'patriarchy' that's to blame for more or less everything.. Andrea Dworkin more or less says exactly that:

Sexism is the foundation on which all tyranny is built. Every social form of hierarchy and abuse is modeled on male-over-female domination.

Also don't forget about the anti-feminist backlash.. that's pretty much to blame for everything as well.

I think feminists do not blame men or anti feminists for the problems in finding a btter cure for cancer.

The same answer I gave to the related question: people who blame 'feminism" or "patriarchy" or "men" or "women" for all the ills of the world wear ideological blinders that make them unable to see the complexities of the world.

Lets try to get to the root of the problem, because blaming others is where everything is wrong.
So, again, what is the root of the blame: "Who blamed first" is the question that should be addressed.

Its like when little kids blame their invisible friend or the monster under the bed...I don't anticipate equality will begin in earnest until the Great Pumpkin deems we have learned our lesson...or when witches rule the world.
