9x^2 -12x +4 =(3x-2)^2
16x^2 -8x+1 =(4x-1)^2
sqrt((3x-2)^2) =3x-2
sqrt((4x-1)^2)= 4x-1
7x-3

Simplify the expression.

√(9x² - 12x + 4) + √(16x² - 8x + 1)

= √(3x - 2)² + √(4x -1)² = 3x - 2 + 4x - 1 = 7x - 3
