how to creat a web site?

hi all, i need help and i was a computer idiot.

1) Buy a domain 8.99 a year at godaddy.Com

2) Design a web site with a site developer

3) buy hosting

that is the site that I use for about 1 dollar a month and they have free web page builders there or they can develop 1 for you.

So the total cost is about 21.00 a year .

I would not go for 1 of the free web host as they give your customers pop ups and advertisements. There is no reason to when you can develop what you want at 21.00 a year.
