Resources- if there are no nutrients, there will be no growth.
Also the bigger the cell membrane, the less efficient the cell becomes at feeding itself...getting stuff inside the cell.
Space-- Cells stop growing and begin dividing due to lack of space. They eventually stop dividing due to lack of space too.

There are actually 3 limitations on cell size:
1. Diffusion isn't fast enough to deliver materials to and carry wastes away from the interior of a large cell.
2. DNA can't be transcribed to RNA fast enough to satisfy the demands of a cell that is too large.
3. Larger cells have a smaller surface area to volume ratio. That means that the larger cells have a proportionately smaller surface area that is inadequate for handling all the materials that must enter and leave the cell.

sure they spin each little thing, No they have not got finished administration over the techniques-set, yet they have a good 50% of all and sundry believing what they report and that's because of the fact all and sundry is busy, very busy residing life. The spinning is a factor of the super information superhighway it is woven which feeds upon its self, around and around we flow, start up a conflict, sell the weapons, create jobs, report the information. Its conventional because of the fact the militia business complicated, did you ever ask who owns NBC information, GE corporation which sells 50 1000's plane engines, so now you spot.

if the cell is to big it will not be able to have nutreants reach all regions of the cell by simple diffusion in any realistic time period
that is one, I am sure of it, I cant remember the last one
