I'm almost 32!!! Everything has been turned upside down in the last few years and I'm just worried I'm too old to start over.

go to a nursing home and youll instantly feel better about yourself, but there is the slight chance it might make you feel exponentially worse, hmm tough call, i say go anyway to help out

You are 31 and far from "old". Of course you can start over. You are the only one that can make yourself feel better.
But, if you feel old, think old, and worry about it all of the time, you will be old before your time.
At the same time, don't make the same mistake many people make and try to "act young", which usually just means dressing like a teenager and not growing up. Your best bet is to embrace the age that you are, because once you embrace it, you will see that the number is irrelevant. You can do anything that you want to do, whether you're 31, 41, 51, and so on. Go for it.

would you rather make the change at 32 or 52? if you need to change it, change it now and dont waste another year of your life. the change itself will be what makes you feel young again. 32 is NOT old, i am sure you are amazing at 32 and even more interesting, open to new changes and capable of starting over than you were at 18 so go for it and best of luck!!! :)

Omg! You are not old and I mean it. I have a cousin who is 33 and has been married and split up and still looks good and can pull it off being young. Because he IS. It's never too late to start over.

There will always be someone older than you... And they're living it young! So don't feel too bad about it. They might be having it worse than you cos they're older than you. Cheer up! :)
