could someone please explain to me what an "emo" is? I've been intentionally avoiding Top 40 for awhile so I'm not really up on this sort of thing.

emo=emotional
lots of times, people dress emo, so it has become sort of way to dress too
the stereotype is that emo people cut themselves
but literally, it just means emotional and moody

it's short for emotional! and it's a relatively new thing among teens! they have their own music and dress code they are like depressed and some cut themselves!!! You can go to youtube and look it up there are a few emo videos that explain it pretty well!!!

sorta like Punk or Goth they wear Black were Eyeliner converse Mostly all black and Paint there nails they stand out in thr crowd kind of and have there Group called the ''EMOS'' everyone has One.
