since i'm a soccer player, i'll say it'll be soccer.
well, in soccer or football, u need to go to the gyms to increase your body strength. it's neccesary to have ALL the parts of your body to be really working out. u need your upper body strength to push people away when u dribble with ball. and u need lower strength to kick the ball as far as you can. and with these two, it'll create more body balance so u wont fall easily. additional details, your neck, so when you head the ball, your neck will be hard enough to push the ball away as far as you can. does tht help ya? i hope it does. =)

of the choices you mentioned i would pick boxing. If you work hard it will increase upper body strength and will help relieve stress.
