Absolutely.
A baby needs to eat don't they?
Breastmilk is far healthier for babies than any formula and women need to be encouraged to breastfeed.
Banning breastfeeding in public adds to the belief that breastfeeding is in some way dirty, shameful or sexual in some way.
Those who equate breastfeeding with urinating or defecating are purely ignorant.
When most women breastfeed, you can see very little breast in any case (much less than on many tv programmes and music videos for instance). But even if you could see some boob, that's what they are made for, to feed babies. Get over it!

Yes of course! When babies are hungry they need to eat. Anyone who could liken breastfeeding a baby to public urination or "taking a dump" have got some serious issues!
Only once have I ever seen a woman inappropriately nurse a baby in public- she whipped out her whole boob in Home Depots paint dept. I wouldn't recomend that. I always found a quiet, discrete place to breastfeed when I was out w/ my daughter. A fitting room or a restaurant booth facing only my husband. I made a point to be respectful of those around me AND make sure my baby was fed.

Yes, women should be allowed to breastfeed in public or where ever they need to. Breastfeeding is natural, it is healthier for the baby, and if done discretely should not offend anyone. Done discretely there is very little, if anything, of the breast to see.

Yes they should babies need to eat and by the love of God its just a breast its not like they are having indecent sex in public. Children see more breasts on TV than that and older people can handle it. Its time to stop this whole gotta watch out cant offend someones feelings phase of our country.

I would say yes, BUT, I think it needs to be discreet as to not embarrass any one who happens by. Having your baby blatantly sucking on a completely exposed breast is not necessary. It's just as easy to do with a light baby blanket or small towel over the breast and let the baby nurse in private. There's no reason to make the people around you uncomfortable if they are opposed to it.

Yes. There is no law against men scratching themselves in public (unfortunately).
I must say, in find the way the question is worded amusing - breastfeed at will? Like fire your guns at will? Let loose women! Go nuts with the feeding of your children!!

Yes, no problem, it's a natural and necessary part of life which should not attract negative attention.
Only someone who is very small minded, or very dirty minded, could find the sight of an infant taking healthful nourishment to be offensive.
Cheers :-)

Yes. I have seen many women breast feeding in public. Not once have I ever seen anyone expose themselves. I don't know many women who would just whip out their breast and start feeding for everyone to see. When your child is hungry, they should be fed. I have no problem with it.

Yes. It's natural and **protected in every state**. No place has the right to ask a woman to put their child under a blanket nor ask them to BF in a bathroom. Nor do they have the right to ask them not to BF.
