You can't. There are no open auditions for speaking roles for inexperienced, untrained people like you, and if there were, you would have to have your parent go with you if you are under 18 due to labor laws. We need agents to help actors get work and negotiate contracts, tedious work for the actor to do. But agents are for actors, real, pros, not the folks I described earlier in this answer. Agents are not interested in anyone unless they are really really good.

disney has a blog spot that you can go to to get info on their auditions. you need an agent for the MAJORITY of acting jobs, but not all. disney and soap operas for example do not require actors with representation. get some headshots and take as many acting classes as you can though so that people know you are serious
