when a girl says that is it safe to say she likes me and maybe want a relationship. im 18 she will sometime look me in the eyes and not say anything. i dont really know her good

ive herd cute is used by girls to describe someone who is not there type or a nice way to say "your ugly" i hope this isnt the case

Play it by ear, its the body movement and expression not always the words. But don't hang out with her if shes all say and never does anything, shes a tease and probably likes to do that to other guys too.
