There are many countries below the equator. Did you mean Continents??
3 continents:
Antartica, Australia, most of South America
3 countires: New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, New Quinea, Peru.... and many many more

Three countries south of the equator are AUSTRALIA, PARAGUAY (in South America), and ZIMBABWE (in Africa).
Their seasons are reversed from ours (while it is fall in the northern hemisphere, it is spring in the southern hemisphere).

perhaps it is continents, not countries.
In that case, one of them would be Antarctica.
