is it possible to have violet eyes?
what colored eyes parents would be needed. why if u have yellow in your (eye around the pupil)cant u have an eye that is all yellow(instead of blue gray...etc)

Some people with albinism appear to have violet eyes under the correct lighting conditions, same way that they can appear to have red/pink eyes.

Otherwise, there's no way. Think of it this way: for your eyes to appear purple, they'd have to be part blue, part red. And there's no natural way to get red eyes except albinism.

Elizabeth Taylor has violet eyes.

Various incomplete penetrance of genes for blue eyes into the dominant brown eye gene can yield green, hazel, or violet irises. There may be some influence of red hair gene (separate from brown/blond gene) since it is not uncommon for those with red hair to have green eyes.

Queen victoria was said to have violet eyes. Eye color is determined by multiple genes dealing with dominance, epistasis, codominace all play a part. According to my Biology Prof. Eye color is one of the most complicated genetic traits that people have.

no i dont think its possible but to work one of the parents would have to have red eyes and the other blue eyes. other than that if you wanted violet eyes, youd just have to buy violet coloured contact lenses.

i don't think that's possible

granted your eyes can be a very unique color, i just don't think purple/violet is an eye color that has ever been recorded
