i am tryuing to use telekensis and i am having a dard time trying to move it.
i have extreme focus and clarity inst a uissue with em yet. but i cant moe it on my own free will.

How long does it take a reasonable person staring at an object to come to the realization that perhaps his understand of the world may not be completely accurate?
Have you considered the possibility that TK is not possible?

I would use it to improve my language skills if I were you. Seriously, use it to amass great amounts of money like real psychics, oh there aren't any.
However, there are a great many frauds out there you may emulate. Uri Geller, J.Z. Knight, Kreskin, Edgar Cayce, David Copperfield...oh wait he's not a fraud, he's a magician who can do all of the same things that psychics can do, but he is honest and admits it's all a bunch of clever tricks.
Now go away and take a remedial English course.

Most of the research on telekinesis (now called psychokinesis (PK) in the scientific research literature) suggest that objects in a state of flux (dice before they stop rolling, random number generators, etc.) are easier t influence than static (standing still) objects.
