If its a classical piece you're talking about it would be from "Peer Gynt" a Norwegian play

I think the piece your talking about is entitled "Morning Mood" or "Dawn"

It goes da da da da da da da da da da dadadada da da da da da da da da da da

Make sense?

I believe you're referring to Peer Gynt: Dawn From 'Peer Gynt'

check this Barnes and Noble link, you can sample this piece I'm talking about and see if that is it!

i know exactly what your talking about, its kinda got birds in the background singing too

it's used in cartoons alot, like bugs bunny and stuff, lots of times when they're hit over the head and see birds flying around their head, or when they show the crow in the morning at a farm

I agree with the last poster. That tune is also often used to convey springtime.
